• Rea Chair of Affective and Anxiety Disorders at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario]
• Conducts clinical neurobiology and other research, including neuroimaging, especially functional MRI. Research populations of interest include youth with recent onset mood and/or anxiety disorders and congnitively intact youth who engage in NSSI
• Developed and tested an assessment instrument for NSSI in adult psychiatric inpatients (The Self-Injury Motivation Scale)
